Road Closure - A329, Streatley

Wallingford Road, Streatley, will be closed from the 15 May to 27 June 2023, between its junctions with Wantage Road and the High Street. The closure is for SGN to replace its gas supply infrastructure along this route.

There will be two diversion routes:

• For HGVs - Wallingford Rd (A329) toward Wallingford, Nosworthy Way (A4130), A4074 (toward Reading), Bridge St, Caversham Rd, A329 Oxford Rd, (toward Pangbourne) A329 (Shooters Hill), and vice versa.
• For local and light vehicles - Wallingford Rd (A329) toward Wallingford, Nosworthy Way (A4130), Port Way (A4074), B4009 (toward Goring), and vice versa.

Residential access will be maintained throughout and the diversion will be signed on site. Please Note: Blue light access will be available via the diversion route only.
